Loan Processing

The Loan Processing department is responsible for the following:

Receiving the completed pre-application package from applicants
Reviewing pre-application files
Beginning the pre-qualification screening stage
Requesting credit reports for applicants
Verifying debt and income
Placing qualified applicant files into a group. Once a full group is formed, the loan docket process begins.
