The Low Income Weatherization Assistance Program assists low income persons
in reducing their utility bills by providing for various energy conservation
measures. Assistance is provided free of charge and no liens or
financial obligations are placed on individuals receiving assistance.
Assistance is available to homeowners or renters who reside in either mobile
homes, single-family or multi-family buildings.
The Weatherization Assistance Program is funded by the Nevada Housing Division.
Additional funds are received from the Sierra Pacific Power.
Client Eligibility
Households with an annual gross income at or below 150% of the federal poverty
income guidlines, established by the Office of Management and Budget are
eligible for assistance.

March by the U.S. Office of Management and Budget.
